Wayne School Bond Election
- Monday, Feb 13, 2023 -- Ballots will be available to be voted at the courthouse from February 13th through February 17th.
- Tuesday, Feb 21, 2023 -- Ballots will be mailed to all registered voters in School District 17
- Tuesday, March 14, 2023 -- Ballots must be returned to the courthouse by 5:00 p.m.
Early Voting Ballot Application
Early (Absentee) Voting Options
- By Mail - A voter may have their ballot mailed to them by submitting a written request signed by the voter.
- At the Courthouse - A voter may pick up their ballot or vote their ballot at the County Clerk’s office.
- By Agent - A ballot may be picked up and/or delivered to a voter by an agent. An agent is limited to assisting two voters per election.
- Military & Overseas Voter - Members of the Armed Forces and Americans living overseas have several ways in which to vote. Learn more about your voting options.
Early Voting Application
Complete an Early Voting Ballot Application or prepare and sign a written request. To submit the application/request you can:
- E-mail a picture of the completed application or
- FAX the completed application to 402-375-4137, or
- Drop off at County Clerk’s office, or
- Deposit in drop box on north side of courthouse, or
- Mail the completed application to 510 Pearl Street, Ste 5, Wayne, NE 68787.
Early Voting Ballot Return
To return the ballot you can:
- Deposit in drop box on north side of courthouse, or
- Mail to 510 Pearl Street, Ste 5, Wayne, NE 68787, or
- Drop off at County Clerk’s office
- All ballots must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Election Day for School Bond.
- Do not take your ballot to your polling place, it must be returned to the County Clerk’s office.
