Can I get a duplicate title from any county in Nebraska?
Yes, a duplicate title can be issued in any county in Nebraska. All persons whose names appear on the face of the title must sign a completed duplicate title application. The exception to this is a lienholder, or a title held by husband and wife. All signatures must be notarized if signed outside of the Treasurer's Office. The fee for a duplicate title is $14. Contact the Wayne County Treasurer at (402) 375-3885 for more information.Duplicate Title
